There are different ways to become an Airsofter World Games Organiser. In countries with an established National Representative, organisers are generally appointed through the national structure. However, where no recognised national structure exists, you can also approach Airsofter World directly.
Airsofter World Games Organiser
Become an authorised Airsofter World Games Organiser and take responsibility for organising official Airsofter World Games competitions in your area.
Organisers are normally appointed by their country’s National Representative, who coordinates the development of the Games at national level. However, direct applications to Airsofter World are also possible in countries where no recognised National Federation is connected to Airsofter World.
As an Airsofter World Games Organiser, you will be responsible for:
- Event organisation: Plan and deliver approved Airsofter World Games competitions.
- Official standards: Follow the Airsofter World Games Rules, Code of Conduct and Branding & Media Guidelines.
- Player registration: Manage participant registration through Airsofter World systems.
- Event safety: Ensure a safe competition environment and appropriate insurance coverage.
Organisers operate under the authorisation of Airsofter World. Authorisation is limited to approved events and does not automatically grant National Federation or national representation status.
